- present challenges
- ask for pragmatic solutions for problems
- physical activities
- talk straight
- bring up tasks that were left over from previous phases
- praise and motivate

- stop her
- try to keep her at home
- ask her to do nothing
- try romance
- ask her to clean
- ask her to care too much about you and the household
Summer (ovulation)
DO:
- loving solutions for problems
- tasks that call for cooperation, communication and care
- praise her beauty
- pay attention to her and spend quality time together
- show her that you love her
- talk to her and make love
DON’T:
- keep her at home or by the computer
- demand logical or structured thoughts
- prevent her from meeting and talking to other people
- prevent her from caring for you and home
- forget to be romantic & express your love
Autumn (PMS)
DO:
- tasks that need systematic approach and finishing
- use her intuition and creativity
- give her time and space to be alone
- show that you love her even if she’s tired and annoying
- take her to nature, remind her to rest
- buy her quality chocolate

- try to solve things
- take her emotions personally
- take her criticism personally
