Spring phase tips

You’ll get the most out of your spring phase (pre-ovulation) when you listen to your body and get enough rest during winter. In nature it is represented by the waxing moon.

Your body got rid of what it no longer needed and you might feel lighter and energized. If you took the time to think about your plans, visions and made your ‘to do’ list, it will be much easier to make use of the extra energy in the spring.

Spring is a very dynamic phase and you are in full power, a warrior. You can learn new things faster and be adventurous. You are much more outgoing, rational, logical and communicating with men might feel like a piece of cake. That’s why it can be a good idea to ask for a raise at work, or a new project.

You don’t have to apply this knowledge only to your cycle but also to the regular seasons. Winter is soon here and it is a great time to plan the next year or make a vision board.

The yoga pose connected to spring phase is the warrior, which strengthens these qualities. It improves balance, concentration, awareness and endurance. It also reminds us of the mythical Amazon which I use in the cycle guide to describe the spring phase.
